Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Die Wohnung Brennerei ist eine von drei Ferienwohnungen auf dem Ferienhof Obertor. Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

You are looking for a two-room apartment in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the highway feeder (2 min) and B14 (3 min). Then you are in the right place. The apartment is located in a central location: 3 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to downtown, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. (organic market 5 min walk, Aldi 10 min walk) In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people ( sofa bed and bed)

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The market square (known from the open-air games Schwäbisch Hall) and the Michaelskirche are only a few minutes' walk away. You can almost walk down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with its own access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
