We’ve loved our stay at Debra Cottage! Despite booking very last-minute Carolyn couldn’t have been more accommodating and responsive. The cottage is in a beautiful location with plenty of walks starting right from the front door. It’s a lovely village, and we were made to feel extremely welcome at the pub only a stones throw from the cottage. Would highly recommend to any couples who want a bolt hole and peaceful retreat in the gorgeous countryside of the Dales.

What an amazing stay we have just had in this STUNNING cottage! Stephen has literally thought of everything, it’s stunningly clean from the moment you walk in, VERY comfortable beds, amazing huge bath and shower! We were so lucky with the weather and got to bake in the sun on the raised decking area but also indulged in sitting with the outdoor fire lit later in the evening after the sun had went down. The property has been finished off with extreme class and excellent taste! The Punchbowl pub which is only a 1 minute walk away do excellent food! And they were very friendly to our little dog which is always a huge plus for us! We would highly recommend Stephens place and we do hope to return!

We stayed at The Barn at Cocker House as a short mini-moon, both in need of some chilled relaxation and it's exactly what we got. Lesley was warm and welcoming and the place is an absolute gem. It has everything you could ask for, beautiful surroundings, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and a cosy wood burner for those slightly chilly evenings. There are plenty of walks in and around the area and great pubs within walking distance if you fancy a drink or a meal out. We would definitely recommend to others.

I recently stayed at Airbnp was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly and professionally. The room and common areas were well-maintained and clean. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt fresh and hygienic The room offers basic amenities that are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked well, and there was access to clean towels, toiletries it met all the essential needs for a short trip travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located if you're planning to explore the area.
