Great place for families and large groups. Exactly as described. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Dana was our hostess and was very helpful.

The accommodation is cozy, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is there and it's clean. We especially liked the "space" in the garden, great to linger. And very private.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nicely located, clean and very well equipped – especially for a group or families. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and friendly communication with the host, who has always responded quickly to our questions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

We spent an extended family weekend in the place and felt very comfortable! Although it rained a lot, we didn't get bored. The equipment of the house is also well equipped for rainy days. It offers a lot of variety, such as sauna, table tennis and billiards. And because of the many rooms, there is also enough space to retreat. We highly recommend the place!

A lovely house and garden in the Czech hills that made the perfect break from the city. We took a few walks to the viewpoints and scrambled in the forest with our kids age 5-13. House was brilliantly equipped, with lots of equipment in the kitchen and extra towels, sheets etc. the BBQ was great. Bee hives in the back of the garden were interesting and didn’t disturb us at all.

We went there for the second time – and it was beautiful again! The house is wonderfully quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet Annaberg-Buchholz is within walking distance. It's a perfect combination of recreation and experience! Gladly again and again! :)

Uwe's house is a dream. Very tastefully furnished, plenty of space, two car parking spaces. Communication was always easy and fast. Secluded but very good starting point for activities. Amazing views of fields and forests. Simply wonderful. I'd love to come back. However, baby bed and chair should be brought. Not available.

When we arrived we found the house clean and organized. The place is very well equipped, cozy and comfortable, you have a good view of the garden from all the windows. The hosts are kind, polite, helpful and always available. A short walk away, you have a good supermarket and public transportation. Highly recommended accommodation.

Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

This is probably the most beautiful apartment of all the ones we've stayed in! Huge, beautiful, comfortable, modern, it seems that all the wishes of the guests are taken into account. We were pleasantly greeted by a bottle of delicious white wine and aromatic coffee in the morning. State-of-the-art technology has helped us solve our everyday problems. To say that we were delighted is to say nothing. Special thanks for the underground parking, that's +100 in karma)) P.S. To leave the parking lot, you need to pull the rope in the basement before going up the hill... Thank you, friends, for a good vacation.

What a place to stay...... there are no wishes left unfulfilled. A complete, high-quality equipment with everything you could ask for. And this in an apartment that is modern and openly designed, equipped with generous space and top technology. All this and the very likeable hosts, in a wonderful down-to-earth environment make a holiday a highlight. Always approachable, very helpful and with the warm parents on site in the same house, but as an apartment with separate outdoor access, you feel like a guest as a king. Uncomplicated and very flexible charging of the electric car was possible, parking in front of the house on sight in a quiet, upscale residential area rounded off the overall picture. All consumables were available, even coffee beans were available for arrival and a first cup of espresso in the coffee machine. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for a few days. Thank you again.

Super nice hosts, very eager to meet any requests. 😊 Everything was also nicely decorated for Christmas and prepared for me love. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable.

The accommodation exactly matched the photos, which did not disappoint us. The apartment was spacious, although in some reviews people say that it is small, we thought it was just right – ideal for a comfortable stay for two people. The great advantage was the great location right in the center of Karlovy Vary, thanks to which we had everything within reach. The apartment was very cozy and romantic, which contributed to the fact that we really felt good here and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.🔆

The apartment is very nice on the edge of the centre of Marienbad. Everything is very well within walking distance. You can sit very nicely on the balcony. Shopping is very close. The apartment is ideal for a short trip for two. It is cozy and very well equipped! The car is well located in a safe underground car park, which is easily accessible by elevator! The small restaurant U'Josefa Svejka, just around the corner, is particularly recommended! The value for money and quality of the food and drinks are unbeatable here! There are also several very nice and very good German-speaking waiters! We will be happy to come back!

Everything was clean Beds comfortable Jirka was quick to answer any questions The location of the cottage is quite lonely. But the garden is great for children to play as it is fenced all around.

The place was excellent. The house was large and offered many opportunities for relaxing get-togethers. We were 13 people and we all found a nice place. The door lock needs to be replaced, but that's the only drawback.

The house is identical as shown in the photos and it is a nice, quiet location in the fall. The staff is friendly at the reception and answers all questions. The accommodation was clean as we are also used to from the previous accommodations. Gladly come back.

The home is exactly as described by the previous ones. A paradise for children and thus a relaxing holiday for the adults. Everything you could ask for is available. A huge garden and a lot of play equipment for children from the playhouse to swings and sandbox. There is a fire pit for campfire, terrace with barbecue area, whirlpool. The kitchen is well equipped, 2 refrigerators, freezer, filter coffee machine, pad machine. Large living area, large bathroom, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms. We, the children and our dog felt very comfortable and we will come back again.

It was a few nice days. Great place with enough space for 8 people. Very nice contact.

We stayed with Pavel for a JGA. With his translator app, communication was also not an issue. Pavel is super friendly and you don't get anything from him, even though he lives next door. He stopped by again in the evening to bring bread and coffee beans and had asked again if we needed anything. The house is a bit outdated, but the pool at about 20-21 degrees remained unused by us. But for the purpose that we were there, it was impeccable. The large living room is great and also the possibility to use the pool table as a dining table is great. I would be staying for max. 9 people recommend, 9th this was already relatively cuddly. We had a very nice weekend!

WOW - what a beautiful home! Marketa's home was wonderful for our girl's weekend. Everything was perfect - the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and stocked as well. we will definitely return.
