It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

I had a few very relaxing days in the Grünhäuschen. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and quiet – perfect for switching off. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I'd love to come back!

Uwe's house is a dream. Very tastefully furnished, plenty of space, two car parking spaces. Communication was always easy and fast. Secluded but very good starting point for activities. Amazing views of fields and forests. Simply wonderful. I'd love to come back. However, baby bed and chair should be brought. Not available.

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

Super neat stay. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers. We were with 3 children, and had plenty of sleeping space. The sauna and play area are a big plus.

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a holiday accommodation. There was a lot to discover. There was nothing missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cosy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecue evenings. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Thank you! Clear recommendation!

Susanne's house is worth a trip alone. There is even a small museum in the entrance. The house is really spacious and very spacious. Still, you feel comfortable. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The communication with Susanne was very pleasant. Marienberg is really impressive. Historic buildings just around the corner, a great marketplace and beautiful restaurants within walking distance. It was a very nice stay.

Dorit was very helpful, we had booked here for an activity nearby. Due to change of plans, we should have canceled our overnight stay. Since someone else was looking for another place for the same event, he could take over the place from us without any problem. Dorit was very helpful in this for which thank you.

Everything great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything works flawlessly. For not as attentive readers as me: no wifi and it is an apartment, not a house with garden (display was truthful, but I assumed it for any reason and that could happen to others). Our daughter really liked the teeny bay over the living room:)

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

Our stay in the loft was extremely nice and is worth a trip! Due to the varied, clean and extravagant furnishings, you could always discover something new. The location with the adjacent and shared garden was very nice and especially interesting for children. Fresh eggs from the house's own chickens in the morning were the icing on the cake for the accommodation! Highly recommended, even for a large group!

everything is simply furnished, but there is everything you need. Location very quiet and nicely located. Cities can be reached quite quickly by car. Very nice hiking/walking routes nearby... you can relax there even without snow and enjoy a lot

Too bad you can't give more than 10 points! The apartment is perfectly furnished - beautiful, modern, spacious and cozy. Everything was available. The views from the Erzalm are amazing. The town center with restaurants, bakers and shopping is a 5-minute walk away. We felt very comfortable with Fam. Lorenz. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

A spacious apartment almost in the city center, the colonnade and swimming pool can be reached in a couple of minutes. The apartment has wonderful energy and it is convenient to do everything: cook, do yoga, watch movies on a comfortable sofa and so on. Tеtiana is a wonderful photographer and the walls of the apartment are beautifully decorated.

We had a very nice time in Karlsbad. The apartment is well equipped and very well located. The city centre and the thermal baths are within easy reach. Only the street is sometimes a bit noisy.

We were a little shocked when Anna apologised for the 'unrenovated' house just before we left. When we arrived, we were shocked, the house did not look so great. But once the door of the apartment was open, it was great! Just as described and in the photos. The only apartment with new windows. Heated, carpeted, blankets, slippers. Basic kitchen equipment, bedding, towels were present. Very quiet neighborhood, only a bullfinch kept up its serenade all day. Thanks Anna, was a wonderful stay!

This place has been great. It’s about 10 minutes away from the slopes, the overall location is really nice. The place was awesome as well, overall would recommend.

Very nice and cozy place in a beautiful location. A pleasant and polite host who is always in touch and ready to solve any problems. The sauna is a very pleasant bonus. Better/Cost/Cost ratio. We will definitely come back again!
