I had an incredible stay! I came specifically to hike Wheeler Peak, which is conveniently just 30 minutes from the trailhead. This place had everything I needed and more. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it the perfect home base for my adventure. I have to say, the restroom was truly a dream — beautifully designed, spotless, and felt like a luxurious touch after a long day of hiking. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Kevin and Ana’s place is authentically Taos— close to the land, no pretentions, rustic, charming use of materials to create unique Earth-friendly surroundings. Indoors, the bed was super comfy (I like a firm mattress) and Ana surprised me with some lovely homemade cookies. Thank you for sharing your deep history with that land and sharing your stories, Ana.
