Hildegard and Gerhard are absolute people of the heart! They are open, warm, friendly, and love to tell a lot about their adventures. I took them into my heart from the first moment! Gerhard has allowed me to stay in the garden from the first second, wherever and whenever I feel like it. Hildegard conjures up an exquisite breakfast, every day anew. Homemade spelt bread with walnuts, homemade yogurt, cucumber, tomato and rocket from the garden (after I told Gerhard that I love rocket, there was this every day). Fruit lovingly arranged in slices, with eggs as desired, coffee or tea, sausage, cheese or vegan alternatives, muesli... so everyone will really be satisfied with this breakfast! They both radiate an extraordinary calm and satisfaction that is truly contagious. I loved being with them and felt like "coming home" every evening, grounded and slowed down. I will miss the times already!

If you want to stay right in the town the. You can’t get better than here. The B&B facilities are modern and the rooms are clean and as the photos. You walk out the door and are in the town. The cafe next door is really nice also.

Spacious beautiful rooms, friendly welcome. Simple but very tasty breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and the lovely French village.

The area is very friendly, both old and modern and close to the big cities of Alsace. It is a pure pleasure to stay there and then go to visit Colmar. The spa and sauna are very good quality and the fact that it is private and included in the price is a real plus! We were able to stay more than the expected time since others had not booked a spa / sauna session. And breakfast was really good, we weren't expecting such a hearty and local breakfast! There was everything, perfect to start the day. Finally, Lorraine was a very friendly host with whom I enjoyed talking! His father who welcomed us is also very nice:) I will be back!

We were warmly welcomed by Cathrin and Fred and immediately felt comfortable. Her house is really beautiful and cozy and the garden overlooking the mountains and the river invites you to relax. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Fred and Cathrin are wonderful hosts and thanks to their open nature, the interaction is relaxed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back anytime.😊

We stayed two nights in Bärbel's beautiful house. The house is in a very quiet place, despite not being far from the centre of Freiburg, which is easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent; in particular, we enjoyed the homemade jam made by the owner. Bärbel was very hospitable and also accompanied us on the day of departure to the Freiburg train station.

3 nights with Catherine & Eric were like a visit to family. It started with a very warm welcome. The room with its own bathroom was spacious and very cozy, equipped with lovingly selected details. The communal kitchen for the guests offered everything that is necessary. The fantastic view from the terrace invited you to relax. Breakfast is rustic and traditional and the hosts are very attentive and accommodating. With delicacies, game specialties to take home. Saved to the wish list to come back. 🫶🏻

Maja has been very responsive, helpful and easy to talk to. The bathroom is just for the guest(s), and everything is very clean and tidy. I can absolutely recommend staying here. It's only 5min to walk to Bachem and the other companies, and the bus stop is close by, too.

Simply unbeatable, our stay has been extraordinary from start to finish. Marie is an exceptional host, of those that make a good place to stay an unforgettable experience. He has taken care of even the smallest detail, always attentive, close and at the same time respectful of our space and preferences. He also offered us recommendations to get to know the area and I even book us table in a restaurant because we did not dominate the language. The accommodation was everything anyone could expect; cozy, impeccable and with many details that showed the affection with which everything is thought of. It is worth noting the great and varied breakfast; an authentic delight prepared with local and homemade products. Finally we would like to mention the other 4-legged, 1 dog, 4 cats and two sheep that brought even more warmth to the experience, their presence made the stay more welcoming and fun. Would come back a thousand times 🫶

We arrived with my friend on a soaked and muddy bike but the welcome from Bastien and Virginia is more than warm we offer tea and a shower directly. In the evening we had a long conversation for hours. In short, it was a real pleasure. We recommend

Lisa is an absolutely lovely host, who truly loves Strasbourg and has many great tips to share. She and Clement (and Gut the dog!) were friendly and welcoming, and we had an excellent stay in their beautiful apartment. Their decor is cute and playful, and the views out the windows are out of this world. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
