Das Gartenhaus ist ein ideales Haus für Familien mit Kindern, die sicher Treppen gehen können. Unser Anwesen liegt am Rande des Dorfes in schöner Lage. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in unserer nächsten Umgebung: Seen, Felsen, Burgen Museen, viel Historisches wie Maginotlinie und Festung Bitche. Die Vorzüge unseres Standortes: Großartige Natur in der Umgebung, unser großes Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Ausruhen, Schaukeln, Spielen, Grillen, Sitzen, Liegen. Seit Oktober haben wir eine Wärmepumpe.

This quiet cottage enjoys an exceptional view and has a private garden of 5 hectares with a tennis court at the disposal of the tenants. The forest starts at the bottom of the garden. The ballads are endless. The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. The cottage "Haut Chenois" is located 1 km from the village of Herbeumont, beautiful tourist village of the Semois valley, just next to the Gaume known for its sunny climate

We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights. The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.
