We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

we only stopped for a day .. We immediately felt at ease. Spacious house with everything you need. Very nice outdoor area to enjoy a bit of tranquility and above all well fenced, having 5 dogs. If it happens, we will definitely come back. highly recommended..

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding forest, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who went out of her way to help us with luggage (our car was too big and we couldn't get into the square in front of the house). The terrace has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but guaranteed an important efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really appreciated the life within the village.

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we did not see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We did not use the living room downstairs, we moved a small sofa to the kitchen and moved the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen to the window, then there is enough signal to watch online TV.

It didn’t seem possible, but the view is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Highly recommended for a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing stay in the Italian countryside near the ocean. The view from the pool is absolutely spectacular and the hosts are so welcoming.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thank you Chiara for helping to make our little holiday special!! The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. The stay at Valentina's house was like finding your home: cozy, warm and comfortable. The house was as described, even more beautiful. Valentina is very kind and caring. We will definitely return guests to Valentina's place. Although outside the town center, the location is convenient to reach in a few minutes, Recanati, Loreto, Porto Recanati.

Gianmarco was a kind and extremely helpful host, who responds to messages almost in real time. The apartment is in a great location, in the center of the town, from which you can easily reach the other attractions of the area. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, with convenient access thanks to the elevator. Highly recommended

Stayed for a long weekend with the family (2 adults and 2 children). Fantastic welcome and availability of Laura and her mom both on arrival and during the stay. The children also loved the location (which really looks like a mountain cabin with sea views!) both inside and the terrace (especially the hammock). Despite the scorching heat, a pleasant current is always generated inside, both because higher than the houses around and for the fact that they are facing the sea.

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)

A very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! The location is great, and everything you need is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, restaurants, clubs and the supermarket. Very quiet area, ideal for a perfect vacation.

Great place to stay!!My wife and I love it also the children. You can walk to get anything you need and find great restaurants and entertainment I would highly recommend
