Holiday rentals with breakfast in Loreto

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

Apartment in front of the beach, both free and equipped, cycling and pedestrian promenade and a 5-minute drive to the center of Senigallia. Everything as in the description, we'll be back

We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

We had a great time. The place is fairy and the host is very kind. We felt at home.

The stay at Valentina's house was like finding your home: cozy, warm and comfortable. The house was as described, even more beautiful. Valentina is very kind and caring. We will definitely return guests to Valentina's place. Although outside the town center, the location is convenient to reach in a few minutes, Recanati, Loreto, Porto Recanati.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

apartment on the second floor in the residential area. Below there is the apartment of Anna and Rodolfo. Very tidy, spacious. It has a washing machine kitchen, both usable. There is a living room with a table to eat a sofa and TV.c and also a terrace .anna and rodolfo are very kind and available. Surprise rollerol took me by car to see Pollenza and two beautiful villages near macerata. I recommend it.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

Everything was perfect, we stayed only one night but we fully perceived Nicola and Meri's love for this beautiful house with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home.

Our stay at Trudy and Michele’ house was wonderful. Their place has everything - beautiful view to enjoy the see and sunsets, very well equipped kitchen to enjoy wonderful Italian food, great beds to get rest after exploration of beautiful Marche region. We had a pleasant holiday in Numana, enjoying the place surrounded by nature, the silence and the flights of the swallows. Excellent breakfast with local products, e.g. seasonal fruit from their trees, possibility of making coffee with the pods available. In a few minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful beaches (among which we discovered by chance one equipped for the disabled with sunbeds and umbrellas available for free), the well-kept villages and in the evening, we took advantage of the local festivals with good food and music. We really appreciated Rosalba's warm welcome and useful advice and we felt right at home

I was very satisfied with the room. It was essential but right. The only thing that caused my nose is that there was no air conditioning. The issue was promptly resolved by Silvia, who is a very present Host. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.
