Apartment in a historic building of the mid-nineteenth century. Simply huge bedroom. Beautiful and spacious living area cleverly divided between kitchen and living area. Beautiful vintage Venetian Palladian floors. The building is very close to the cathedral square and a few hundred meters from the car park (however, the house is on a very quiet secondary street but reachable by car, for example to unload your luggage); from the courier station and the train station. The town of Adria is nice, not very big but pleasant to rest and walk. Venice is not very close but it is still reachable both by public transport and by car. Other places of natural interest (which we did not visit this time) are also comfortable such as Chioggia/Sottomarina, the PO Delta and Albarella. Recommended for a relaxing mini-vacation taking your time.

Fabio was very kind, helpful and considerate. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is equipped and has a fridge (with freezer), stove and microwave. There's all the necessary dishes. In the two very large rooms there are plenty of towels and blankets available. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and shower products. There's really nothing missing. Fabio is also always available and reachable. It was a very pleasant stay!

Traveling a lot around the world I always have to deal with a host and I have to say that Alessandra was very kind and helpful in all our communications, which is already a lot . As for the accommodation, it was as described in the listing, there is a private parking space inside the property, which is very large, the house has a living room bedroom with a terrace and a kitchen really equipped with everything, the house has air conditioning. The garden in front of the house is very large, we had dinner outside at night, there is a really absolute silence around the house! Among the things I would point out to the host are maybe provide a couple of low pillows so you can have a replacement for those who don't want the tall ones; the bed in the room was a little small but acceptable . Alessandra had left us on the table a hearty breakfast for the next morning, we really appreciated it. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay in the area . Great price

A very warm and personal welcome from Eva who met us at the charming rustic house and showed us round. The house is well located for the beaches and historic towns and cities of the Po Delta. It is situated on a busy road but has off road parking. Its in the Po Delta so beware of mosquitos and take insect repellent.
