Convenient location in the city triangle of Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Very good connection to the A63, A6 and A61. The Vier-Länder-Weg [Four-Country Trail] leads directly past the house. The Jakobs Pilgerweg [St. James Pilgrimage Route] is 3 km away.

Wunderbare Penthouse Wohnung mit fast 360° rundum Blick in Alzey, mitten im Herzen Rheinhessens. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Befindet man sich hierauf hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Stadt.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

An apartment for romantics and nature lovers, which opens to a park- garden with huge, fragrant fir trees. The finca is fully furnished with a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) plus a fold-out couch, bathroom with shower, kitchen, TV. Delicious, rich breakfast with homemade jam. Breakfast can be booked in addition. Other double rooms are available in the main house.

Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.

Enjoy a unique stay in our approximately 50 m² former dovecote, which was lovingly converted and renovated in 2023. Our centrally located apartment in Heimersheim, a district of Alzey, offers not only comfort, but also an abundance of activities in the region.

Apartment in a rural area in a beautiful wine-growing landscape. Wonderful for relaxing, for beautiful hikes through forests and vineyards. The "Hiwwelrouten" are particularly recommended. But golfers are also in good hands here. There are 3 golf courses nearby. Wine lovers will find opportunities to taste and shop with the local winemakers.

Apartment in Ensheim

Relax in this idyllically located accommodation right on the edge of the vineyard. Here you can come to rest and relax. My apartment is close to Mainz, Bad Kreuznach, Kaiserslautern, Worms. It is ideally suited for both business and leisure travelers. The area is very quiet and invites you to take nice walks.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.

Our house is an old agricultural estate typical for Rhine Hesse, which has been carefully converted by us into a holiday home. We tried to get as much old and hearty as possible without having to forego modern comforts. You will live in the house to yourself and be completely undisturbed.
