Der Flur zwischen den Zimmern wird von mir und meiner Tochter ab und zu benutzt, um in den Heizungsraum oder das Atelier zu gelangen. Man ist direkt in der Natur. Restaurants, Bäckerei mit Lebensmittelverkauf, Bierbrauerei, Weinstuben in fünf Minuten zu Fußerreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Ruhige Wohnumgebung, keine Autos am Haus.

In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.
