This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. E-charging station at home.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Beautiful large 120 sqm apartment near Trier

Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of the oldest city in Germany. Kenn is about a 10-minute drive from Trier and is a great place for walks in the vineyards. In the village, there is a butcher, a baker and a water treadmill. The nearest town (Schweich) is 4 km away. Kenn is located near several well-developed bike paths, from which you can set off in all directions (bikes can be parked safely). (Additional information: The fireplace in the living room cannot be used)

Houseboat Mosel Glück Pölich

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.
