This is our second time staying at Collie Corner and we loved it even better this time. This is the perfect place for tournament bass anglers. Close to two ramps (even when it’s flooded) and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We travel all over the country and this house is the most well equipped and definitely has the most comfortable beds!!! Can’t wait to go back.

Both Kendra and her place were absolutely wonderful! Kendra was very actively present with communication any question or concern i had she was quick with a response along with also just being super kind and friendly. The accommodations themself were also lovely. The house felt very comfortable and like a home. Lots of space. Although it was too flooded this year to see the beach it was still beautiful to walk the short distance from the house to look at the water. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay.

Jessica was super nice and responsive and easy to talk to. The house was perfect for two small families to stay together. The kids loved the bunk room and the backyard. We loved that the adults both got full bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. We had such a good time! Lovely place!

We absolutely loved this place! It was peaceful and a much needed space to relax. It was perfect for a needed getaway, my wife really enjoyed the porch it was a great space for my wife and I to enjoy our newborn. The host was very accommodating, and helpful.

Great time, great location to the lake! Bonus was that it is atv/utv friendly neighborhood, great friendly neighbors. House was as advertised, enjoyed the sweet fire pit out front and the awesome screened in porch.

This place is an absolute pleasure I would recommend this place to everyone. There is plenty to do and the place is exceptionally clean. The moment you walk in you feel at peace and at home. It is quiet and comfortable.

Perfect place for some peace and quiet, great views and if you’re an out of stater , and scared of storms, there is a shelter inside the home to help ease your worries! 10/10 place to stay

Had a wonderful weekend at the Washita Cottage! Accommodations were great and we had everything we needed and more. Wonderful location to go anywhere and everywhere in Carlton Landing on foot! Backyard was a little too soggy for our dog to enjoy but no fault of the owner, just Mother Nature giving us too many days of rain. On a drier weekend, it would have been a perfect spot to wind down in the evening with its nice seating area and fire pit and fully fenced!

Julie's house was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and all the amenities. The game room was a total blast, with something for everyone. We spent hours playing pool and ping pong. The outdoor area was just as impressive. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. The dock was an added bonus, perfect for docking your boat and just a short walk from the house. Overall, Julie's house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to go back!

I love what Klara, Chuck, and Donald doing !! Sanctuary for Animals has very special place in my heart ! The bed and breakfast cabin was so cozy !! Walk in door .. and you feel at home … feel all the stress of life .. melt away.. love all the sounds of farm.. relaxing hot tub every evening after amazing days. Breakfast delivered will blow your taste buds off !! Delicious !!! Cabin is fully stocked .. they took care of every need … amazing !! Bed was so comfortable ! So many sweet dogs there .. who would love to come home with you! You won’t regret coming to sanctuary.. you will love it!! Looking forward to next stay!

We love Carlton Landing and every home we’ve ever visited there. This was no exception! Great location, great space, well stocked with all the necessities! I would definitely stay here again!

we absolutely loved the house and location. The views are as good as nearly any house at Carlton Landing and the porches were my wife's favorite part of the entire trip. Front porch with 2 swings, side porch with dinner table is screened in (had many meals there) and the upstairs screened in porch is the best kept secret of the house. Very clean, workout room was such a plus and proximity to pickleball/tennis/basketball court was so fun for our family. We absolutely hope to stay here again!

We had our annual family reunion at Lake Eufaula and needed a large place to accommodate some of us going, this was the place. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of room to relax and unwind. Very spacious with 2 bathooms and 4 showers. Beautiful area and a fishing pond right out the back door. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. I even had a few special requests, they were so accommodating. Will definitely recommend this place and will even stay here again in the future.

This is a great house. This is the second time our family has stayed in this house. The location is perfect - so close to the pools, the pop up shops, and restaurants. The kids love the bunk room.

Grace’s property was great for our party. The house fit our needs exactly and was in walking distance to the pool. We really appreciated her being dog friendly as well. We will keep Grace in mind for our next trip to Carlton Landing!

Beautiful home on a beautiful property. It was peaceful and relaxing and everything we needed and we loved it so much we’ve already rebooked! Rainie was amazing, anytime I had any concern, concerns or questions She responded to me within minutes.

Janeway Place worked out great for our trip. It was close to the boat ramp and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and although we didn’t cook, we saw the kitchen was well stocked. This is a great place for a group to stay while visiting Eufala. Lots of nice details that made it feel like home!

The house is very clean, seems to be recently updated, and has a fabulous back porch. The host was flexible and responsive. We were only there one night, so unfortunately we didn’t get to make much use of the space. It is a short walk from the marina. Watch out for flood waters. The house is fine up on a hill, but one of the nearby roads by the lake at the foot of the hill is entirely submerged. The only downside of the house was that the kitchen was very sparse with all plastic dishes and bowls, so if you’ll be cooking, you’ll want to bring what you need and not assume they have it.

Great private spot to stay. We’ve been going to Eufaula for years and we’re convinced you needed to be close to Main Street. This spot is about 15-20 min from there but totally worth it. The house and property feel so spacious and all to yourself. We will definitely be booking again soon.

Very quite place with a nice pond.

The hosts were very responsive when we had questions and the Home was beautiful. Only issues we had were dead batteries in the tv remote, the fan speed switch was broken, and the water pressure was horrible. We did have a power outage while there but luckily it came back hours later.

Brice was extremely quick to respond for anything we needed. We booked last minute on Memorial Day weekend and it ended up being a great spot! Not too far from DG market and Allsup’s for small things we forgot. The house has lots of kitchen utensils which made cooking easy. Comfy and plenty of room for 5 adults.
