Eric's place was very cute and in the perfect location for us. Eric was very responsive when we reached out to him. The place was very cute and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Anna was so sweet. People do rent out the front house, so only twice was parking a little eh, but the place and Anna were great! Super easy to get to with her instructions. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

Mieko was a really responsive and kind host that answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. The Airbnb was as described with lots of amenities and there was always plenty of parking on the street. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shops (an Aldi for any grocery needs literally right next door within walking distance) which was great, but also unfortunately had the caveat of loud street noise at night. We felt very safe in the area though and overall had a great stay.

The home is beautiful and soulful and so comfortable. It was just what we needed. Every detail so thoughtful and well curated. The spa options are a special treat and really easy to navigate. The grounds and views stunning. I highly recommend and hope to be able to come back for another visit soon. This house was amazing! Even better than the pictures! Dimitris was great with communication and providing suggestions for the area. Sean (co-host) was on site when we arrived and walked us through everything in the home. The entire stay he was just a text or phone call away and it was great! Only slight issue was the previous guest smoked in the home so the floors were a little sticky and dirty from whatever the cleaners used to get rid of the smoke odor. Besides that, the place was clean and perfect! They even offered a bottle of wine for the floor troubles (thank you!) - we enjoyed the pool the 1st day we were there and did not need the heater. But we felt it the days after, and I recommend purchasing the heating if you plan to use it during this time of year. (we only used the pool the 1st as we were out exploring the other days). This was a great stay and highly recommend!! Thank you Dimitris & Sean!!

Lila’s home was very nice and clean. The area was nice and quiet. She was very helpful with any questions we had. Most definitely will be booking again when in the area.

We had two enjoyable stays at The Oregon Landing before and after visiting Universal Studios, Aquarium of the Pacific, Disneyland, and Disney California Adventure Park. The food and entertainment nearby at Shoreline Village were really good. We even made a quick trip to Mother’s Beach for an hour. Ian’s communication was top notch. Loved the on-site laundry machines and espresso maker.

Our recent four-night stay in this lovely home was outstanding. It was our first Airbnb experience, and everything surpassed our expectations. Kay is a thoughtful and gracious host. She provided us with extensive instructions covering everything from directions to the property and check-in to maintenance inside the home and check out. Although respectful of our privacy, she was always available when needed. The home is located in a well-manicured and quiet residential neighborhood, in close proximity to a shopping area, restaurants, and a park/golf course. The private entrance allowed us to come and go as we pleased. The home is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and extremely well equipped. In summary, the home was the perfect layout for a comfortable stay and spending time with our family. We hope it will be available on our next visit.

Our stay at Megan’s home was truly wonderful. The house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, both indoors and in the yard, which made us feel comfortable right away. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Megan was also kind enough to recommend one of her favorite local restaurants, which turned out to be an excellent choice. We greatly appreciate her hospitality—thank you!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

I had a great stay at Shant’s place! Everything was as described, the place was clean, and communication with Shant was easy! I would definitely recommend!
