This was an amazing stay...it is a great house, & Daron and his wife are wonderful people. The room was great-even better than the pictures. The whole place was so clean & attractive too-it's one of the nicest places I've stayed at! And Daron was so accommodating for my late arrival! Lots of easy street parking too. A great stay in every way!

Lin’s place was perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was clean, private, and exactly as described, with a secure lock and private bathroom. I really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy parking, which made everything even more relaxing. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and Lin was a thoughtful and responsive host. The home felt safe, quiet, and well cared for—especially the second floor, where guests are kindly asked to remove shoes to keep the white carpet pristine. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept space!

We loved our stay! The room had a nice balcony and their gardens were beautiful. Ivy was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and easy to find and the end was very comfortable. The best part was the location! It was walkable to Rodondo Beach and a short drive to Hermosa beach. Thank you Ivy and Daniel!

Thanks again for another great stay! This is already my second time here, and I really appreciate the consistency and comfort your place offers. It’s simple, quiet, and had everything I needed for my trip. The location is practical—close enough to the places I needed to go, especially since I was short on time and didn’t have quick transport options. The bus stops to major cities are just a short walk away, which made things even more convenient. Restaurants and places to eat aren’t exactly nearby, but they’re not too far either—easy enough to reach with a short walk or quick ride. I also really appreciate how accommodating you’ve been, especially for allowing me to receive multiple Amazon deliveries during my stay. That was a big help. The place is priced fairly for what it offers. Overall, a chill and convenient spot, and I’m glad I came back. Thanks again for being a great host!
