Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lombardy

Absolutely loved the place! It’s a hidden gem right in the city. The place may seem small, but everything is very well thought out, modern, and super well-equipped. One surprise after another! And guess what? There’s a large outdoor area. It’s clear that the owner really wants visitors to enjoy the place, and he’s done an amazing job.

If you've ever dreamed of staying in a gorgeous villa, nestled high in the mountains, with incredible views of Lake Como then Villa Nina is the place for you. Claudio and Maria are incredibly kind and responsive to all inquiries - they made us feel right at home. The benefit of being further from the hustle and bustle of Varenna (approx 6-8 min drive) is that you can experience a truly local experience. I opened my window each morning to incredible views with sounds of the beautiful stream nearby. Some of the amenities (veranda, pool) are shared but this was not an issue for our family. We were able to enjoy everything on the property. The villa itself is well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 older child) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We look forward to our next stay at Villa Nina!

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

I specifically went to Mantova to stay in this guesthouse, and everything was wonderful. I am very happy to have stayed in this stylish and historically rich unit. The owner pays great attention to detail, and all the decorations are full of stories and design elements. The kitchen is also the most well-equipped I have experienced among all the Airbnbs I've stayed in. The living experience, location, and accommodation process were all top-notch. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Villa Cardona was a pleasure to visit. The Villa is modern, well appointed, and has beautiful views. Peter was a friendly and informative host.

Pristine apartment a short walk from all the tourist attractions in Milan. My friend and I appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms (one bedroom/bathroom was VERY spacious) and we liked being a little outside the busy part of the city. Drinks on the little balcony overlooking the interior courtyard were a perfect end to the day. I didn’t see a washer/dryer in the apartment (maybe they were there and I missed them) and a couple of fans during this unseasonably warm summer would be a great addition! Many thanks, Roberto.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

Alloggio super carino, facilmente raggiungibile. L’host è stata chiara in ogni istruzione e sempre disponibile per eventuali chiarimenti.

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Clelia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Wir wurden mit leckeren Lebensmitteln versorgt. Alles war da, sehr schön! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en el departamento y todo estuvo bien! La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de una estación de metro, barrio tranquilo. El depto es chico pero para 1/2 personas está perfecto. Enrica siempre estuvo muy atenta y amable, lo recomendamos!

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

A Truly Great Stay at Letters to Juliet Staying at Letters to Juliet in Verona was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, Donata made us feel completely at home. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

We loved Crema and we loved Tina’s place! We came to Crema for the movie tour but I’d come back just to stay. It’s quaint, comfortable, and has lots of great shops and restaurants. Tina was an excellent host and guide. She was flexible with our check in and check out and helped us make reservations at great restaurants in the area. I have dietary restrictions and she modified the breakfast to meet my needs. The place is lovely (lots of stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us) and the location is perfect - right in the center of town. Go to Crema and stay with Tina!

Consiglio la mansarda di Simone a chiunque si trovi nei paraggi e abbia bisogno di una base per poter visitare la zona. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e tranquillo la notte. Matteo, il fratello di Simone, è stato estremamente preciso a fornire tutte le istruzioni dettagliate sull'appartamento e ha sempre risposto ai messaggi prontamente. Su richiesta offrono pure un servizio navetta per l'aeroporto. Consigliatissimo.
