A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

The Casetta.

Our family will gladly welcome you to the old barn next to our house. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity just a stone's throw from Verona and Lake Garda, surrounded by the vineyards of Valpolicella. "La Casetta" is spread over 2 levels. Entrance with living area, kitchenette and small bathroom. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom, a wardrobe and a bathroom. The property is equipped with a queen-size sofa bed, dishwasher, a washing machine, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.
