Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. La casa sulla Collina del Castello di BRENO

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

Appartamento in posizione da sogno per un soggiorno romantico. Situato all'ultimo piano, questo bilocale regala una vista mozzafiato sulla valle. La jacuzzi di coppia, posizionata davanti alla vetrata panoramica, è ideale per ammirare il cielo stellato di notte o per farvi sorprendere dalle sfumature blu del cielo, ad ogni ora del giorno, mentre il balcone privato è semplicemente perfetto per un'aperitivo al tramonto. L'appartamento può ospitare massimo 2 adulti. Bambini non sono ammessi.

Located near the town of Lierna, the natural house is a cottage framed in a flowery garden directly overlooking the lake. You can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the lake and relax in the small private sauna. It will be amazing to have dinner on the lake at sunset after a swim or a sauna. The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available.
