Cozy year-round house used as a cottage in the North Jutland holiday town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with room for 6 people and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

We just gave the house an upgrade. Here we have added a little more space for the dining area, among other things. There is a new kitchen, now with a dishwasher. Three bedrooms, all with duvets and pillows. You must bring your own bed linen and towels when you visit the cottage. Bright cottage with sea view and good views, only 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to cozy Løkken with restaurants, clothing stores, shopping and swimming pool. The house is peacefully located at the end of a closed road and contains: kitchen with oven, stove etc., living room with heat pump, smart TV, wi-fi access, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms. Electricity is charged at DKK 3 per kWh. There are duvets and pillows in the house. Basic things and bed linen are not provided, but can be purchased for DKK 75 per set.

Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

The Oceanfront Cabin

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

My cozy apartment is centrally located in the city with a short distance to the sea, city center and shopping. The style leads the mind to the sea, the dunes and the special charm of the bathhouses. The apartment is 82 sqm with 2 bedrooms with 3/4 bed, as well as a connected living room/kitchen. There is direct access to a beautiful west-facing terrace with views of the dunes and the city's rooftops. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is free parking nearby and the possibility of unloading at the door

Only 200 meters from the North Sea, high up in the middle of the dunes, you will find this beautiful gem. A real cottage with super good use of space. Here you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful nature and the sea. Start the day on the east-facing terrace with a cup of coffee, take a walk along the beach to the cozy Løkken and end the day watching the sun set from the south-facing wooden terrace. There is a sofa bed that turns into a nice double bed in 2 minutes as well as a loft with room for two.

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
