Feriehuset har 4 soverom og 2 bad, så her er det plass til mange. 3 terrasser med gode solforhold. Nøtholmen med sine koselige kanaler ligger kun 100 meter fra Strømstad Spahotell med sine fasiliteter. Gode bademuligheter, golfbane, turterreng, strand, svaberg i umiddelbar nærhet. 10-15 minutters gange og gratis kabelferge tar deg til Strømstad sentrum med sine restauranter, barer og yrende liv. Mulighet for også å leie båten, som ligger rett ved terrassen i kanalen. Finnes 2 sykler.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Stedet ligger perfekt plassert mellom Fredrikstad, Halden, Svenske kysten og vestfold. Man kan ankomme og ha bil parkert på eiendommen, men hvis man har båt så er dette et bindeledd for så mange fantastiske utflukter. Man kan enkelt dra til Skjærhalden, Søndre eller nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken eller inn til fredrikstad. En kort tur kan være å besøke de forskjellige restaurantene Hvaler øyene har å by på og en lengre tur kan være Grebbestad eller Tønsberg m.fl.

Welcome to our holiday home in Hogal approx. 100m from Dynekilen Fjord, not far from the port town of Strömstad. This completely newly furnished holiday home offers you the opportunity to quickly get to the nearby jetty, for example to start the day with a refreshing swim. A boat trip (at an additional cost) is also possible. You can quickly and easily reach beautiful bays and viewpoints of the fjord and its flora and fauna via nearby forest paths.

För dig som älskar Bohusläns natur och närheten till havet och en fantastisk skärgård. Några få kilometer från Strömstads centrum. En utmärkt utgångspunkt för att vandra längs Kuststigen och njuta av havet eller en runda på Strömstads golfklubbs fina parkbana. Avsluta dagen med ett bad i spabadet jacuzzin under stjärnorna eller ta bussen in till Strömstad för en god middag och folkvimmel. Dagar med sämre väder spenderas med fördel framför brasan.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende 3 minuters promenad från havet och en fin sandstrand. Huset har 2 sovrum med dubbelsäng i vardera rum. Soffan i vardagsrummet är en bäddsoffa om ni har behov av fler sängplatser. I närområdet finns det badplatser av olika slag. Kiosk , minigolf mm ligger 5 min promenad från huset. Grill finns på uteplatsen. Huset har 2 altaner. 10 min bilväg till Nordby köpcentrum.

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

Two cabins on a large property

A 120 m2 cabin, plus a newly built cabin 65 square meter. just 70 meters from the sea and 20 minutes drive from the swedish summer town Stömstad. The old part is a 300 year old timber cabin which contains three bedrooms and two small livingrooms. The new part has a big bathroom and a kichen. The small cabin contain two bedrooms and a livingroom. We also have a small boat that you can use
