Via the stairs, you reach the highest point on the plot with sea view. Parts of the roof and the inside of the house have recently been renovated. Parking for several vehicles. The bus stop is 1 km from the property. Pets allowed.

Welcome to Lahälla and a nice house on a large plot in a peaceful area. From the terrace, you can see the sea, and on the natural plot, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. Whatever the weather, you can enjoy the glass-enclosed outdoor area where you can even light a fire in the evening. In the area and within walking distance, there is also Skåra Gårds Bageri, an artisanal bakery with sourdough bread, delicious pastries and a liquor licence, open Thursday to Sunday. Havsvik with swimming within walking distance. Several golf courses and Marstrand are in the nearby area.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.
