Small townhouse with private entrance and terrace, located in the oldest street in Aabenraa, Slotsgade. The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. In addition, there is an alcove with a good mattress

Annex - views of fields and forests

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, and enjoy the view of the hilly terrain, with the forest as your closest neighbor. In the kitchenette, which contains a refrigerator, two hotplates and a sink, you have the option to make breakfast and lunch. It feels as if the annex is located in rural surroundings, and yet it is within walking distance of the city center and beach. One of the annex's rooms serves as the Master bedroom. In the second, there is a sofa bed that, for an additional fee, can accommodate one/two extra guests.

Small cozy wooden house located undisturbed at the water's edge, surrounded by its own forest, a small stream along the house. No neighbors or noise. The house is 50 m2 and is very reminiscent of the owner. Rustic and with charming patina :-). Furnished with kitchen area, bedroom with double bed, small room with 2 bunks (194 cm long), toilet and bathroom. Outdoor shower and large terrace overlooking the water. A spider web or a fly may occur.

The apartment has a steep staircase, therefore unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, to the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 people) In addition to the bed (including bed linen), there is a sofa and TV for relaxation. You can make smaller meals. (Pots, electric cooker, cutlery, etc., and refrigerator are available.) Private bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump (air conditioning) The apartment is a smoke-free area. Entrance door opens with key (key box)

Relax in this unique home. Authentic romantic half-timbered house from around the 1640s. The house is located on Løjt land. Fantastic nature is right on the doorstep (hiking trails) Close to the beach 2.5 km to Loddenhøj (9 min by bike, 35 min on foot). Shopping 3.5 km (Brugsen and Netto). Løjt Kirkeby 3.5 km. Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Classic summerhouse with a panoramic oceanview

The house which was originally built for the Danish cartoonist Bo Bojesen is newly refurbished in 2020 with a lager terrace from where you can enjoy the oceanview while cocking or baking a pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven. The house is furnished with classic danish furniture and is child-friendly. There is a playhouse, a slide, and toys. The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.

Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021
