The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the expanse of nature, social gatherings in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The half of the house offers 120 m² of living space on two complete floors.

Our small house with garden is ideal especially for couples, whether to find silence or a nature that offers the best conditions for every movement, including surfing. It has a bedroom from which you can step directly into the garden. The fireplace is in the living room. You will find a particularly large terrace where summer life can spread generously. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens.
