A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Willkommen in unserer charmanten Souterrain-Wohnung im historischen Gutshaus mit dazugehörigem Park nahe der Insel Usedom. Das gemütliche Apartment bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Genießen Sie den Blick in den Obstgarten, während Sie in der sonnigen Südseite des Hauses entspannen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Küche, einem großzügigen Bad und einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem ausklappbaren Schlafsessel.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Our small house with garden is ideal especially for couples, whether to find silence or a nature that offers the best conditions for every movement, including surfing. It has a bedroom from which you can step directly into the garden. The fireplace is in the living room. You will find a particularly large terrace where summer life can spread generously. If it gets cooler, you can use our own sauna. Change of occupancy is always on Fridays.

A newly built, very bright and friendly apartment in a perfect location between the fishing village of Wieck, the green and extensive Elisenhain forest and the Greifswald city center with historic buildings and old ships awaits you. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

We rent our apartment on the Baltic Sea hiking trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen, shower room, hallway and living room-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are close. Likewise, the Baltic islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic beaches or be active in sports.

The detached villa (200 m²) is located directly on the beach with its own access. The entire ensemble (house, property (700 m²), sauna, garden, terrace with water view, beach access) is available for your exclusive use. It is situated in such a way that you do not have to do without privacy despite the proximity to the beach.
