The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

Absolut einsame Lage auf einem Berg, zwischen Wald und Feld - im romantischen parkähnlichen Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast und ermöglicht auch vom Hochbett den Blick ins Grüne. Das Häuschen ist nur mit einem Ölradiator beheizbar und daher nur in den wärmeren Jahreszeiten buchbar!
