The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

The rooms are divided into an open kitchen with hallway, bedroom, bathroom with tub and a living room. But beware: the room height in the living room and bedroom is only 1.83 m.
