The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

Eine sehr helle Wohnung. Die beide Schlafzimmer sind mit allen Ausstattungen eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Duschbad. Die offene Küche ist sehr neu und modern und für 5 Personen komplett ausgestattet (Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Keramikherd, Ofen etc.). Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem neuen großen L-Couchbett ausgestattet und gibt Schlafmöglichkeiten für weitere 2 Personen. Auf dem Grundstuck gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten für zwei Autos, oder ein Auto mit Wohnwagen.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.

Beautifully bright, spacious apartment at the Königstor in Kassel. The apartment has three rooms with high ceilings and is very centrally located. Right in the middle of Kassel, below the trendy district, front west with many cafes and small owner-run shops. It is also close to the endless parks of the Karlsaue River and the city center is right around the corner. The apartment is just above the King Schulz Bar, a great address for excellent cocktails.
