The large bed (160x200 cm) is separated by the room layout; shower room. Important notes The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the upper staircase is steep. The bed is under a sloping roof. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. The LOFT Attic studio with Hercules view

Our spacious studio with its two roof terraces offers a wonderful view over the entire city. The studio is very flexible and suitable for one to three people. For at least 2 people, the large bedroom with wardrobe is included. For one person, only the living/sleeping area with integrated kitchen, wardrobe and the terrace is open. The bathroom is beautiful with a bathtub and shower. All new and lovingly renovated in detail.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
