The apartment of about 60 sqm distributed on 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen center there is everything you can imagine in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

There is a 140 bed and the option to add mattress for one more guest. All bed sheets, towels and cleaning are included. Outside the farm, you will find mushroom and blueberry forest with cozy walking trails. It is also walking distance to the popular farm restaurant Café Torpet. 40 minutes by car from Gothenburg or Trollhättan, or 20 minutes bus from Älvängens train station.

Welcome to our lovely guest house located just outside Gothenburg next to Alvhems Kunsgårds Golf Course. If you play golf, you have 20m to the nearest tee and if you want to go to Gothenburg, it is a 23 minute train ride to Gothenburg Central. The cottage is new and can easily accommodate 4 people. There is a possibility of up to 5 if you want to sleep in the loft. Private shower/toilet and simpler kitchen available in the cabin. Cleaning not included but is done by the guest. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Possibility to borrow a boat, canoe and to pet sheep. On the farm there are hens who arrange fresh eggs for breakfast (mostly), we who rent out live on the neighboring farm and have gotland sheep that often graze in the pastures around the house. The house has simple standard, with well preserved charm.

Located between Gothenburg (45 min) and Trollhättan (30 min). The cottage is located on the homeowner's property with a private location. The kayak can be rented for SEK 500 per day.
