It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Our apartments are located on a south-west facing, over 1,000 sqm fenced garden property. The two half-timbered houses, modern and cozy, are located on a quiet residential street (dead end). The spacious garden, each with two barbecue areas and a weatherproof shelter, sun loungers and a lockable bicycle shed, is available for all guests.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
