The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Laundry package and final cleaning included.

The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. There are also well-developed cycling and hiking trails for recreational activities. Of course, Koserow also has a beautiful sandy beach. From our vacation home, this can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
