Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Private Self-catered 2 Bedroom Annex & Summerhouse

The Mews is a self-catering, detached 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, close to, but separate from the main house. The Mews takes a max of 4 people (in 3 beds), with its own entrance, free parking for up to 3 cars, its own private summerhouse (with heating, lighting and power), and the private use of a section of a courtyard with outside seating. We are 1 mile from M5 Junc21; but 5 miles to Weston-super-Mare beach, and 10 miles to Bristol airport. Check-in is after 3pm; check-out by 10am.

The Grange

Our self contained apartment is on the first floor of our 500 year old farm house. Although the farm is in the country side we are within 2 miles of junction 21 on the M5. Weston-Super-Mare is 5 miles away, Bristol 15 miles and Bath 20 miles. The Mendips is near by offering stunning walks, as well as Cheddar gorge and Wells with a variety of walks and tourist attractions. The apartment is surrounded by green areas please ask for directions if you would like the use of a green space.

Your own part of the house, with a private entrance, including bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Free parking on site. Your living room contains a sofa, TV, DVD/CD players. Your kitchen has a microwave, kettle and toaster (no oven or hob). There's a table in your kitchen to use for eating or as a workstation. Village pub serves food just 5 minutes walk. Handy for tourist resorts of Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar Gorge. Nearest sandy beach is less than 10 minutes in a car.

Servant Quarters is a spanking new let in Weston. Set in the old Servants area of Ellenborough Hall it’s is rich in charm and history. A combined kitchen and lounge area tastefully decorated with a nod to its past leads into one of the original Servant bedrooms, with a large double bed and a trundle bed suitable for 2 children, this then leads into our huge bathroom complete with large walk in shower and cast iron bath perfect for a long soak after a hard day sightseeing.

Atters Annex.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly built annex located in our front garden. Access is private and the annex is detached from our main house. There is a private outside gravelled area with seating. Parking for one car is available in front of the garage. Located in a quite cul-de-sac with good transport links and only 1.8 miles from junction 21 of the M5.
