Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Loch Linnhe

Claire’s cottage was lovely. Beautiful view from the two front windows. We wished we would have stayed longer. Easy drive into Cardross and Helensburgh. Claire was very welcoming and always available. Would definitely recommend staying at the Holiday Cottage! Thank you!

This is a beautiful, very large house. There are smaller options available nearby, hosted by Lorna too... but we were swayed by a hot tub. St Fillans is a gorgeous little town. We used my paddleboard to go out to Neish Island, which was really fun. if you're outdoorsy, it's PERFECT. We hiked, biked & kayaked on the Loch....all without moving our car. So it was everything we would have wanted. it's also a pretty cosy big house, thanks to an old school, open fire not a log burner.....an absolute highlight for me☺️🙌🏼❤️...So if you're not outdoorsy, its also a gr8 place for a romantic stay indoors! would recommend for sure, and we use air b&b a lot. this place is lovely & has everything that you need. “Dunella” is a lovely, easy to find cosy cottage on the Main Street. Lots of on-street parking. We celebrated Christmas here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very welcoming, comfortable and well equipped in the kitchen. The games room was good, a bit cold - but to be expected this time of year. Hot tub was a bonus for a few extra pounds. Beds and linen were comfortable and towels also provided. The rooms throughout are very homely and beautifully decorated. It is on the Main Street and does have local pubs and restaurants nearby so noise is to be expected but it wasn't a nuisance. Meg was a very communicative host, and it was lovely to meet her just as we were leaving to thank her and compliment her on her lovely holiday home. Happy Holidays…

The house was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend away. We found it easily and arrived to fresh scones and prosecco, which was lovely. The house was clean and well-stocked, with plenty wood available for the fire. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Sitting in the hot tub looking out at the hills and river was very peaceful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this beautiful cottage, we had a great time and felt right at home. Great place! Super cool with great amenities (especially the hot tub) . I think the best part, though, was that our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We even got some great recommendations!! Will be back!

Amazing home from home house with the added bonus of a hot tub and a pool table to help unwind. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook for large numbers.

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

Spent a lovely time over Christmas... nice walk to the town along a promenade type path (dog loved the pebbled beach). Great views over the water, lovely big dining table for us all to get together for dinner, enough space for us all to do our different things ...and enjoyed a couple of dips in the hot tub at the end of a fun day! Didn't travel too much around the area, but Dunoon itself was nice and took a walk round nearby puck's glen which was worth the visit if you like country walks All in all, great place to stay Thanks Cam

Tommy’s place was a truly remarkable experience. We had a large group of 8 adults and 4 children and the house was spacious enough for all of us as well as still cozy so we could spend time with one another. The house is located within walking distance to the train station, the beautiful Loch as well as other tourist spots. It was also easy to commute to Glasgow, Edinburgh as well as explore Balloch. I would definitely recommend this place for people who want to spend some time exploring Scotland. Thank you Tommy for being a fantastic host!

The Old Nunnery was easy to find. Entry was supposed to be a key code lock but this was broken. We could enter but not lock the door. One phone call and Tom who was looking after the property immediately attended and arranged for a locksmith. A new lock was fitted within a couple of hours which was brilliant. The house is large and provided great accommodation for the family. We were comprised of adults and older teens giving them space to socialise and play games but also space for everyone to watch a film together. Huge kitchen and dining room perfect as we took all our meals together creating a very special Christmas. We were 15 in total and it did not feel crowded.the kitchen has lots of crockery and cutlery and a fantastic bar area. Hot tub steam room and sauna which was greatly enjoyed. There are sone artworks as mentioned in previous reviews which might not be suitable for younger children. The views are stunning and many a morning spent watching the seals. Short drive to shops

Excellent stay in lovely house. Plenty of space and well equipped. Immaculately clean. Great location, quiet, nice view of Loch Tay. Hosts very friendly and really quick in response to any questions. Would recommend and stay again myself.

Loved our stay here! Booked it for New Year and it was a perfect location for a couple. Amazing views and we were surprised by how much there is to do in the area. Catherine helped out with recommendations and was very helpful.

Wow, this lodge exceeded all our expectations! It was spotless, well-equipped, and cozy, keeping us at the perfect temperature despite all types of weather during our three-night stay. The lodge checked every box—hot tub, secluded, and peaceful—while being one of the most affordable options. The grounds were stunning, with open fields and only cows, sheep, and bunnies for company (we never saw or heard the couple in the nearby lodge). James and Kitty were fantastic hosts, always responsive and informative. A tip for future guests: the location is quite remote, and the nearest shop is an hour-long walk with only basic supplies (no shampoo, thanks for providing that, James and Kitty!). Be sure to bring everything you need if you plan to stay put. We’ve already talked about returning, but next time, we’ll definitely have a car (I shouldn’t have assumed taxis and buses would be easy to get!)

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

Lovely weekend stay near Ben Nevis, great communication, beautiful views

Absolutely beautiful place, really warm and cosy and in such a beautiful setting. Luckily we had clear nights so looking at the stars from the hot tub after using the BBQ hut was a dream of an evening! Lovely place and will absolutely be back!

Had a fantastic stay for my 30th with my partner the views were spectacular loved it ! Also as hosts rowan was really friendly and helpful I felt like if I needed to ask anything it wouldn’t be a bother. Absolutely made my birthday staying at the black cabin I won’t forget it !
