Cottage holiday rentals in Loch Linnhe

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Ben Vheir cottage, it couldn’t have been more peaceful and private. The views were stunning, hot tub was perfect on a cold winters night and the log burner was the cherry on the cake. Truly a memory we will never forget, Caroline was fantastic at answering any questions I had and replied promptly. We will most definitely return, thank you again!

Had a great time, Laura and family were very helpful with a minor hiccup one evening. Great venue family loved it. Good location for day trips including Loch Lomond and Royal Yacht.

Had an amazing stay, would 100% rebook for another stay. Cottage was absolutely spotless, hot tub was also immaculate and one of the best we have been to. Was surprised there was no TV but it didn't bother us at all as we were there for a good catch up and spent most of our time in the hot tub.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We made use of the hot tub on the evenings while the pooch roamed the enclosed garden. We enjoyed our stay so much and felt right at home - lots of extra touches for my partners birthday that made it so great. Ross also got back to me with food recommendations before we got there so I could book a meal. We would love to come back and see more castles 🏰

A gorgeous place to stay, really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return in summer time! Should be made aware of the road to the cottage as it’s made for bigger cars on a dirt road. Our smaller cars scraped along, could damage underneath car and not great for your tyres but apart from that it was excellent. We were able to get a late check out which was appreciated as with late check-in and early check-out you only really get 1 full day if staying for the weekend. Lovely hosts and very spacious cottages😁would happily return!

We where fortunate enough to have a great week in Gary's place. The cottage itself was nice and cosy for the evenings, with the log fire being specially appreciated. The hottub was a generous size and a great way to relax after a long walk.

We had a beautiful home from home stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect and an ideal set up for our toddler too. The garden was wonderful to explore and it was ideal to have the woodland paths right on our front door step. The hot tub on the bedroom patio was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The cottage had everything we could have wanted and a well set up kitchen. Lots of do in the local area and an evening spent by the open fire was the perfect was to end the day. Laura was a really attentive host, accommodating our extra requests and meeting us at the property - thanks for a lovely stay we would absolutely love to come back.

We absolutely adored our stay here. It was very comfortable and cozy, felt like home instantly. Walking distance to a wonderful restaurant that had been recommended. Mairi met us and was very welcoming and showed us around the property. Great amenities, very accurate description of property given. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for having us!

Great place with fantastic equipment and set up, good kitchen and social spaces, overall spot in but worth noting it is quite close to the railway line, not a huge issue as it's quite a quiet line. Overall great.

Our second stay here, we love it. The cottage is beautiful as are the surroundings. Lots of nature & fabulous walks. Especially loved watching the birds, red squirrels & woodpecker at the feeder by the window. The hosts are very friendly & very responsive to any queries. Hope to be back again soon!

Excellent accommodation in the ideal position to explore Islay. The house was spotlessly clean, well maintained and very comfortable and warm.

Our second stay of the year at this exquisite wee cottage, this time surrounded by the beauty of autumn. The cottage has everything you need, thoughtfully arranged. Owner Briony is friendly and helpful. Perfect, quiet location with so many gorgeous walks nearby. Ate at Andersons in Boat of Garten, recommended. Will definitely return again to Sycamore cottage.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the fireplace. Although the house is somewhat isolated, it is conveniently located near Inverness and close to Tesco and Asda. We also appreciated the welcome basket! We highly recommend it and are looking forward to returning.

We were visiting family so the location was perfect. Being right on the high street close to all amenities that we needed. Host was quick to respond and kept us up to date with check in and out. Thank you we would definitely stay again

This cottage was exactly what I was hoping for. They thought of all the most important touches to make it cosy and like a home away from home. Hosts were responsive and even thought of small touches that made us feel so welcome. The views in the area were stunning and all the recommendations for food and things to do were on point. My time in the UK is over soon but I might have to make one more trip before I leave. It was just that restorative!

Cally's cottage is in an amazing location. We spent the whole time looking out at the beautiful view towards Skye. We were very lucky with the weather for February. It was sunny and cold, but Cally made sure that the cottage was cosy warm. Thanks Cally

We had a fantastic break away to bring in the bells and celebrate our first new year together along with our doggos Ruby & Stella… the cottage was stunning and is in such a beautiful location with views overlooking Loch Tay and the surrounding mountains! Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. Olive was a great host and nothing was too much trouble! 10/10 - we will definitely be back again and will recommend to everyone! An ideal spot for getting to Edinburgh/Glasgow especially via the trains with free parking at the station.The site was warm, well furnished and Duncan the host went to great lengths to assist.The 'welcome basket' of bread,milk,cereal,butter etc was a nice touch.

Booked this last minute for my friends birthday and we are so glad we did!. Place was spotless and the host is so friendly she made us feel at home☺️ will definitely be back this is my second time here . Love it

1st time staying at Islay Cottage, the cottage is very quaint set in beautiful surroundings with a waterfall not 1 minute down the road. The cottage was immaculate and well presented, our favourite bit was the log burner. We shall definitely be back again in the next couple of months. Thank you Fiona for sharing this little piece of paradise with us.

We really enjoyed our stay . The wood burning stove was a bonus and we loved how cozy the house was. Recommend buying additional logs - Heather has a supply there and a couple of extra bags kept us going. It is a beautiful part of the world and well worth a visit. We will be back
