Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Loch Linnhe

The property is fantastic and David is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check in as well as recommendations for the local area.

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s place. It was in a perfect position for our family get together close to our relatives. Clackmannan is quite small but has a good coop which is only 5 minutes walk from the house. We also used a local Indian takeaway, they delivered and it was very good. The property itself is very well equipped .. particularly the kitchen which was important for us as we wanted to cook at home. Lots of nice walks around the area and also close to Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow if you want to explore. I only contacted Karen a couple of times but she got back to me right away both times which is always good as a host. We would definitely use the property again for family catch ups.

We had a fantastic weekend relaxing and catching up with friends. Beautiful house and location. Wallace was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

Great family home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly situated on Callander main street, with everything you need on the doorstep. Aaron was quick to respond and was flexible with checkout. Would stay again!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Katie’s place was everything we had hoped for, it looked exactly as the photos, the house is cosy and you feel at home. The hot tub was amazing and we loved the fire place. Lots of fire wood that we could help ourselves to. We love to cook so to find everything that we needed in the kitchen as well as lovely plates and glasses, was a plus. A very peaceful and quiet place which we would strongly recommend. Would love to come back.

David and Ashley are by far the best host I have ever had. Their home was very clean and as described. Just a couple of 6 minute wall to the center of town. They made sure to give us all kinds of recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. if I ever get to come back, I would book their home again.

It was a great experience overall and would definitely recommend just for the amazing views from the house.

what a beautiful home! The house was so spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed making home made dinners in the spacious kitchen and being able to dine as a family at the lovely big table. This was also great for playing games together. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. We also made use of the firepit to roast marshmallows over the fire which was lovely! The hottub was also great after a fun filled day. Thanks again!

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. I rarely give a 5.0 review but Steve and Sheryl were great hosts and their place is amazing.

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

As a couple with a dog seeking a weekend break Dunollie at Balquhidder was perfect for us. Cosy and spotlessly clean, in a great location for walks and the excellent Mhor84 just down the road for a superb breakfast. A perfect break for us, thank you Alison and Hannah.

Cal and Claire went above and beyond coming to give us a lift after our car broke down on the way here on New Year’s Eve when no garages were open! The apartment is beautifully done and we loved learning about the story behind it. The guidebook was also great to help us plan our days here. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to be back!

Amazing wee cabin. Very quiet and a great place to switch off. Cabin was very cosy and the wood burner kept us warm all night. Loved using the outdoor kitchen.

We really loved this peaceful and remote stay. It was very quiet and serene. The Airbnb had everything we needed, it’s definitely a cozy little spot! The extra touches from the hosts were really nice. Everything was extremely clean. Very close to the main town. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

What more to say than you MUST stay here. The photos of the place are stunning but the cottage is even more impressive in person. The space in your private garden?? If you're looking to read a book with a cup of tea with a beautiful stream running by you then this is the place (and it is paradise). Outside of that, the cozy collection of vinyls, CDs and board games alongside THE cutest little kitchen space. We both slept an absolute dream both nights, and that's not including the naps we wished we'd had on that couch. All of that before you get to the location. Conic hill is a super accessible hike and Sharon's online and in person guides are ideal for a perfect weekend. We had THE most incredible time and Sharon is everything we could hope for in a host, even offering to light the fire for us before we arrived 😭. We will absolutely be back later this year xx

Nice place near Neist pt on Skye. It was my second trip to Skye, and I love how secluded the place was. No light pollution there! My car got punctured the evening before checkout - Jacqueline was very warm and helpful. She provided support and recommendations to local garages, in addition to offering me the option to stay until things go sorted out. Thanks, Jacqueline!

We had a lovely stay at Glebe cabin, which is small and very cosy, with everything you need (a double bedroom downstairs and two single beds up in the attic) in a lovely location. Emma is a great host.

Immaculate accommodation. Host has thought of everything you could need and lots of things you didn’t even know you might need. Clean, cosy and very well organised a amazing view from a sun rise hot tub watching a red squirrel Jump around the trees!
