We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a home for a while. We felt more than comfortable in this fantastic house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Due to the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The accommodation was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, gladly again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

Such a lovely cute stay surrounded with natural olive fields, kiwi -vines, and home grown vegetation just outside the house within the campus. Very spacious, You can literally play badminton, cricket around. Also cute dogs and cats to make friends if u love pets. Wished we have stayed longer.

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2x small homemade strudel!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is very easy to reach in 15 minutes on foot. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. They were incredibly relaxing days with lovely people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

You can’t get a better location from better host in Pula

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

The best experience and stay in Pula! Apartment felt like home - clean, peaceful, cozy and with everything you would need. Need to point out that the host was always friendly and super helpful! 100% recommend! ☀️

great place and super friendly host

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

a beautiful apartment close to the seafront and good restaurants. the parking is a great advantage to have in Piran, and Simon's flexibility in collecting us was greatly appreciated

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
