Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Loborika

Martino and his parents were very welcoming, kind and nice, the accommodation is new, very clean and very spacious. The area is very quiet and by car you can reach very beautiful beaches with ease, the center of Pola can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. A stay here is really recommended.

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Igor has been waiting for us and helped to take our luggages up to the apartment. He was very helpful and kind. The fridge was filled with different drinks and a bottle of wine on the table. The apartment was very clean and nice with attention given to every detail. We could park our car with Igor’s help right behind the building where we stayed. It was nice and peaceful watching the sunset from the balcony. We would like to come back here again.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped, it contains everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, in the very center of the city. Communication with Simon was excellent, he always responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating. All recommendations!

A fine apartment in a really beautiful and peaceful place. The beach was conveniently close (1km) and also a hiking trail. The apartment was really cozy and clean and we had a great time there!

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! The apartment is very nice and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There was a very well-regulated air-conditioned area, so we were really comfortable despite the scorching heat of the days we stayed. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to a street with very nice places, but it was not noisy at all. The spacious bathroom with anteroom, a very convenient option when travelling in three. This place was super beautiful and spotless! Had everything we needed. The area was quiet but really nice and welcoming. It was also super easy and quick to get to the city center. I’ve been traveling for a while and booking places through Airbnb, and honestly, this is the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Fabio was also amazing — really understanding and let us leave our bags after checkout, which was super helpful. He was easy to talk to, super friendly, and always ready to help out. 100% five stars! I’d give more if I could :)
