The old workshop

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

The Cwtch is a cosy cabin with a log burner and bi-folds that lead out onto a decked area with stunning views of the rolling hills, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Y Cartws is a converted stable/barn, build of stone and dating from the early 19th century in a quiet location next to an 11th century small country church.Attached and for guests` use, is parking for 2 cars, small lawn, woodland and barbecue area.It is a 20 minute drive from the coast where you can see dolphins all Summer via boat trips etc.It has been awarded 5* three times and most of the accommodation is on one floor except for the sitting room which is upstairs in the Gallery.

All this within 20 minutes drive of a choice of amazing west Wales beaches!

The Three Spaniels Shepherd's hut with hot tub

Nestled in a quiet spot in the Welsh hills, our luxurious shepherd's hut enjoys a field of it's own and exclusive use of the hut's hot tub. Underfloor heating will keep you cosy and after supper simply convert the dining area to a comfy double bed. The hut has an ensuite shower room perfect for freshening up after a day of adventure at the nearby coast. The garden is enclosed to provide security for dogs, but there's plenty of space to take them for a run.

Aberdar Country Cottage and Cinema Cabin

A cottage set in the idyllic Welsh countryside. The open plan kitchen/diner leads through to a seating area with wood burning stove. A separate downstairs lounge contains the original oven/stove and has a large window seat providing beautiful views across the valley. Aberdar is perfect for getting away from it all and provides a great base for walking, bird watching or exploring the picturesque counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
