Monthly Rentals in Llansamlet

My partner and I stayed at the flat for only one night as we were passing through. We wish we could have had longer to enjoy the space better. The space was perfect for what we needed as it was spacious and cosy. Andrea had recently been adding to the space, we wish we had time to cook in the space and relax with a film. We will definitely be staying again next time we pass through. Thank you again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Laura was very helpful in our email interactions, but was not intrusive during our time in the flat. We were able to relax. All the items listed were there, in a well organized cupboard, plus even more than had been listed even down to a jar of Marmite! and digital kitchen scales. :) It was very clean and attractive and lots of cupboard space.

Davinias place is easy to find ,had parking outside there are local shops and pubs which we used and it's a great place to use as a base as we were house hunting . Davinia was really kind and all the bits you forget are there . The wifi was good and we had a really quiet comfy sleep and we will be definitely using again because the price was amazing ,thank you Davinia .

Our 2 month stay at the Airbnb was everything we could’ve asked for. Alex is a brilliant host and is always attentive when needed! The cinema room is definitely a highlight, where we spent plenty of evenings chilling after a long day. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for both short and long stays. All rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is great, only a 10-15 minute drive into town and really accessible to get to from the M4. We managed to get to the gower a few times which was absolutely stunning on a sunny day.
