Kathy’s cottage in Crickhowell is fantastic – beautifully decorated, spotless, and extremely well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy, and we felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of all the lovely shops, restaurants and pubs in Crickhowell – easily nicest town in South Wales! Kathy was a brilliant host, with clear, timely communication and a warm, welcoming approach. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We truly enjoyed our time in Sian‘s cozy place. After we parked near the church and were walking to the cottage, we ran into a neighbor who asked if we needed assistance and she kindly walked us to the door. She also told us to check out the local pub. It was great to be in such a quiet, private town, but still close enough to walk on the path to Crickhowell for dinner (We ate at the Dragon’s Inn for dinner Saturday using reservations, and Chinese takeaway Sunday since most places were closed. We used this location as a base for exploring the area and hiking in Brecon Beacon. I would recommend it to anyone and was charmed by the walk through the sheep into town- walking path says closed, but locals said it’s safe to use.

Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay, even though the space is small its beautifully furnished and well thought out, the village is so sleep and quaint we absolutlwy loved pur stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you
