Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

Log cabin with lake view

The log cabin is located in the countryside in the village of Löa. The cabin has no electricity or running water, so you cook in the wood stove, fetch water in the pump and use the outhouse, just like it was in the past. If it is too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Refrigerator to store food in is available. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safari with the cottage owner as a guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft available to rent.

A unique and beautiful home with no view right down by the lake, surrounded by radiant beautiful nature. A large terrace leads down to its own jetty. Rowing boat and canoe are included. In the cabin, there is a fold-out sofa bed (2 persons), a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (the lower one is a double bed), a dining area and a small, well-equipped kitchen. Sink and shower (hot water) on the patio and toilet in separate storage room. TV and WiFi available. Dish soap, body wash and toilet paper are included for 1-2 days.

There is a small cabin during summer time with 2 beds that can be rented for a fee of SEK 350/day. Cleaning for a fee. Bed linen/towels for a fee. The cottage has a large porch with stunning lake view. Walking distance to a swimming area with a sandy beach. Discover museum, cafés, go-karts, Spa, fishing trips, ski downhill/ length.

Täppan

Täppan is located on the Zentralhof in Rifall, in a quiet spot on the edge of the forest. There are currently no direct neighbours, and Straße 233 is 1 km away. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Täppan has been freshly renovated, is sustainable and has been lovingly decorated. The old and the new come together. The old cottage captivates with its two-storey veranda. It offers enough space for two people, and if necessary, four people can also feel comfortable.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
