Cottage holiday rentals in Livré-sur-Changeon

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

the accommodation is very close to everything in less than 30 minutes the hosts are welcoming, available and caring. I highly recommend it even more if you have a pet

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

The extended weekend was magical, the hosts are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Special mention for the hearty breakfast, the soothing setting and Sophie's travel and outing recommendations in a very clear book. The information is useful and saves us valuable time. Sophie's husband is also very attentive and has taken into account all our requests. He ensures the proper functioning of the spa on a daily basis. We rented the loft with spa and it will be a memorable stay. Go for it, you won't regret it :)

Julie gave us a very warm welcome and spent time talking about the accommodation and the local area. She was available for advice and help throughout our stay. The gite was well equipped clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the games room and our grandchildren loved the trampoline. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The local area was attractive and interesting.

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

We felt very comfortable in Frédérique's vacation home! It really has everything imaginable, especially for the kids: table tennis, boules court, soccer goal, swing and overall a great huge garden and a very nice terrace. It is also very cozy and nicely decorated inside. Dishwasher is great, flexible options with sofa bed upstairs and downstairs. A bakery is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

We had a pleasant stay with the family at the pretty meadow. The cottage is charming and tastefully decorated, comfortable and warm. Well equipped, nothing was missing, the listing is as described. The rooms are spacious. We really enjoyed the bucolic garden with on one side the view of the castle and the valley on the other. The cottage is well located, the historic center and the castle of Domfront are reachable by foot. Good communication with Mari who is responsive and attentive and very clear in her explanations. We appreciated the little attention at check-in. We recommend!

We were really well received by Jocelyne who cares about detail and is very warm. The accommodation is very functional with its two bathrooms, associated with the bedrooms. Everything is extremely clean, charming, tastefully renovated. Very responsive to each request, Jocelyne even warns our wishes for flexibility, provision of towels, in more than necessary quantity. She's a great host! The exteriors are very well maintained, also prepared for families with small children. I would recommend it 100%. Thanks again!
