Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Nestled at the end of a quiet street is our 1,790 sq. ft. split bedroom, one level townhome with an awesome 20 x12 sunroom (air and heated) overlooking 7th fairway/Brittany, updated kitchen with granite etc 2024. Approx. .50 from the Dogwood Golf Course, exercise facility, 400 yds. to Back 40 Trails, 15 min. to Bentonville (shops, restaurants) , Crystal Bridges and Pinnacle hills. (shops, dining and entertainment activities). We are surrounded by 6 golf courses, 7 lakes and natural beauty.

Modern White Oak Cabin

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Close to Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airports, & shopping. Large yard w/ private outdoor space and firepit.
