This apartment is located on the ground floor of our building, with its own entrance and direct access to the garden. Sometimes you might hear us in the house, but we've compensated for this by offering a lower price. The perfect choice for those who don't need absolute silence but are still looking for pleasant, peaceful accommodation in nature by the river. You can use the outdoor pergola, the swing bench, the entire garden, the sun loungers... During the high season, you can pick our herbs, build a fire or borrow the barbecue.

The apartment is private and is located in a charming stone and brick house in the centre of Úštěk. It has everything you need to prepare breakfast, cook, bake and grill in the garden. It has a beautiful organic garden and a library with books in Spanish, Czech and English. It is possible to charge a car or an e-bike and store it inside🚙 🛴 🚲 My cats usually spend the day in the garden. If you're allergic, 😺 please let me know. We have a cot. Apartment Dominikánská

The completely newly renovated apartment is located in a historical monument protected Gothic house from the 14th century in the very historic center of Litoměřice. The individuality of the apartment is underlined by the original vaults and the design interior. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafes and a grocery store (30m). The car can be parked in a paid parking lot right next to the apartment, we recommend a longer stay at the bus and train station (500 m) for 10 CZK per day.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Pecka Apartment 1885 l Modern Stay in Center

Unique accommodation in a neo-Renaissance urban villa from 1885, renovated into a modern minimalist style. The apartment offers a separate entrance, quiet facilities and a perfect location in the center of Děčín. By prior arrangement, guests can also use the shared garden with outdoor seating , perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The garden also has a paved parking space that can be arranged by prior arrangement. The area is monitored by CCTV for added security.

Flat near the castle

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the restaurant. There are 2 apartments with a total of 5 beds (the capacity can be extended to 10 people). Both apartments are completely renovated - equipped with stylish wooden furniture. They have their own bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a TV and a safe. Both apartments have a common room. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in the common room.

My property is located in the Elbe Sanstein Mountains, in the north of the Bohemian Switzerland and is characterized by its beautiful nature, great hiking trails and vantage points. In summer, the natural lakes in the area invite you to linger. The City Decin / Decin can be reached in about 10 minutes. The capital Praha / Prague is located 1h. Whether couples, solo travelers, families or groups. Here everyone is welcome.

Summer in our holiday apartment in the Erzgebirge

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.
