Beach condo holiday rentals in Litchfield Beach

This place was amazing and the location was perfect for us. (Mom,Dad, son 24, daughter 22) Quiet , yet very easily assessable to entertainment/dining/and of course golf for our guys⛳️ Steven is very accommodating and always available if needed. I would not at all question this place if you are thinking of renting. Can’t beat that view! Thank you so much!!

This host has literally thought of everything a guest might need! The apartment is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. The location was amazing! right off the Beautiful Ocean waters :) Will def Book With Codey again!

Loved the condo!! the elevator on our side of building stopped working the day before we went home so we had to walk alot of steps to load up for departure. The people above us were very hard walkers and woke us up really early in the mornings and it was hard to find a place to park if you came back later at night but that's not the owners fault. other than that it was a great place and good loction.

We recently stayed in your renovated unit and found it offered plenty of space for our family of four. We did experience some initial confusion with the check-in process, as the resort has two main towers. We checked in at one tower but then had to drive to the other to unload our belongings. Additionally, parking for the first tower is located across the street, and gate access requires a card. We did appreciate the unit itself, especially the provided filtered water and the old-school Nintendo, which was a fun addition for the family. The beach buggy was also a great help for transporting our gear to the ocean. The beach was definitely the highlight of our stay. We felt it was very safe with lifeguards on duty, and the option to rent chairs from the city or bring your own was convenient. We also noted that the neighborhood adjacent to the resort appeared to be quite upscale. Overall, we had a really nice stay, and we appreciated Andrew's excellent communication.

I cannot say enough great things about my recent stay! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, cozy, and beautifully put together everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was not only stunning in appearance, but the attention to detail was unmatched—the host genuinely thought of everything a guest could possibly need or want. Speaking of the host—hands down, one of the best I’ve ever come across. So thoughtful, responsive, and clearly passionate about providing an exceptional experience. Yes, the stay is a little on the pricier side, but let me tell you—it is worth every red cent. The comfort, peace of mind, and overall experience make it more than worth it. Loved our stay at this condo. This is a small building that made it feel very peaceful and the beach and pool was never super busy. The condo was also really clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. Carl was very quick to help answer any questions that came up and was great with local recommendations since we had never visited Surfside before.

The place was perfect for our weekend getaway, and exactly as described in the listing. Comfy bed, nice covered balcony facing the ocean, and convenient pool at the building. Directly across the street from the ocean, so getting to/from the beach was simple and fast. Ashton was great, and reached out to let us know the place was ready early and invited us to check in early.

What a great place! Everything was as described. It was so nice to be able to have our dog join us on this vacation. The condo is in a very walkable location nearby coffee shops, restaurants and sidewalks even if you want to walk down N Ocean Blvd. Quick access to the beach from the condo. The oversize vehicle parking behind the parking garage is life saver since we had a Tahoe. It was great not to have to check in at the front desk and be able to go right up to the room and use the pin pad and not have to worry about having a keycard. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

We had a great stay and felt like it was a good location for everything from groceries and restaurants to quick golf cart or car ride to beach. Had a wonderful week with family and would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at this beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked—perfect for two people. It had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect with a lot of restaurant, shop, and attraction options just minutes away, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The parking garage was a bit tight, but it didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience. I’d definitely love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! One of the best parts was being able to sit on the balcony with the ocean right there and waking up to the view from bed! The resort also has many other amenities and activities on the property with easy beach access. Not to mention the water pressure was amazing. Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Great stay!

The location was perfect for the country music festival me and a good friend of mine come down for the four day event. We love staying here. It was very clean easy self check in the parking deck was exactly across the street. Never had an issue with finding parking needed a second parking pass and to contact the front desk and assure me that it would be handled and it wasdefinitely thanks for having us

My family and I really enjoyed our experience here! Very spacious and secluded compared to the hotel rooms were used to on the grand strand. The kitchen had a lot of things that were accommodating that we forgot to bring to cook meals, short, walk to the beach, kids loved the pool.We will definitely be back next time we’re in Myrtle Beach!

We had a great stay at this beautiful, spacious condo. We were a group of 6 (3 couples) and had plenty of space and privacy. Sarat was an amazing host. Very accommodating, attentive to our needs and concerns and quick to respond. The premises is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views and lots to do…only steps away from the beach. The location is close to tons of restaurants, shops and more. We are looking forward to staying again in the near future. I would highly recommend staying at Sarat’s place.

This oceanfront condo in Garden Beach City met all of our needs from doing a convention in Myrtle to enjoying the quieter beach in Garden City. Communication and messaging were outstanding by the hosts. We tried Raves in Surfside for breakfast this time and recommend it also along with unit 105 @ Ocean Cove. Sincerely, Jim & Kathy Noel

Beautiful condo with LOTS of space for our family of 10! Great view of the beach and pool and they both are just a few steps away. Parking was very convenient, located just a few steps from the condo as well. Everything you could possibly need is in the condo. Brooke was very responsive and super nice to work with. My family loved it and we definitely will be renting from Brooke again!
