Holiday rentals with beach access in List auf Sylt

Top accommodation on two levels DG and 2nd floor. High-quality amenities. The second double bed was not photographed in the listing, but can be seen. Cuddly under the sloping roof under the roof window you can look directly at the stars. Good beds, good mattresses. Overall concept of the apartment spacious with plenty of space and playful niches, e.g. for reading. Parking is not available in-house, it can be parked directly in front of the house for a fee or one street away ends the paid downtown parking zone and it can be parked for free. Bicycle parking spaces can be found in the yard. The location is quiet but still centrally located on the side street of Westerländer Friedrichstraße and thus less than a 5-minute walk to the bakery, the Gosch, for shopping......

We had a nice little holiday in Utes apartment, which is centrally located and clean and nice. Immediately no internet in the apartment, but it could be due to operational challenges. There was its own parking space attached to the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, etc. in Westerland.

I had a lovely week in November in Michael's apartment (Haus Germania). The apartment is within walking distance very easy to reach, large, bright and very well equipped. Missing bedding and towels could be delivered after friendly communication with Michael. I previously sent the key by mail. Everything worked very well. The apartment is a bit noisy, but it was absolutely unproblematic in the low season. It was totally quiet. The apartment was very well warm with the electric heaters. I felt very comfortable. The only criticism would be the lack of blackout roller blind in the bedroom, the thin curtain there does not completely cover the window and the hotel opposite has state lighting on all night (I helped with blankets). This can certainly be easily changed. Otherwise everything is great :)

Communication is good and fast. If the island is visited without a car, Sigrun offered a pick-up from the port. The apartment is superbly equipped and clean! Feeling good or slowing down from everyday life is achieved very quickly. Everything can be easily reached or explored by bike. Nothing can go wrong with a reservation at Sigrun's.

Incredibly friendly hostess who had an open ear for us. Great communication, everything is extremely straightforward. The location of the apartment was excellent for us and the small restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the apartment was a dream

Very comfortable flat in a very good location. It was easy to walk to the city center, approximately 1 km, and was close to the sea. You can walk to the city on the seaside, which is a little bit longer, but worth it! The flat includes everything what you need on a longer vacation, fully equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Absolutely recommended!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Hörnum. The space was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The location is ideal to explore the beautiful surroundings. The contact with the host was friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We were on the island for the first time. We enjoyed it very much at Gabi's place. The apartment is quietly located, comfortably furnished and the balcony with beach chair has sun almost all day. In the kitchen, everything is available for self-catering. Two bakeries are close. The beach is quick to reach. Wenningstedt is centrally located to explore the island.

The house was very nice. We used the pool table and the jacuzzi daily. Furniture and overlooking the water. Parking included from small to big a great place to stay!

Very nice place to stay almost right behind the dyke. Amenities as described, very clean. Well-equipped kitchen and very nice bedrooms. And there was nothing missing and the dog was happy and satisfied. Absolutely recommended!

Hello everyone, I can only say one experience of the other kind. There is still life directly surrounded by nature, plenty of space and space, just beautiful surroundings. The house is super cozily clean and maintained. You have total peace. I will definitely be coming back soon. The communication with Lisa was promptly appreciative, accommodating and friendly. Everything went very well, the house is beautiful and very spacious. The gated garden is lovely. Nearby bike rental and baker just behind the house. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The accommodation is fantastic: the location, directly on the sea, the sound of the sea and the beautiful surroundings. In addition, the house is very stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, with everything you need, also for cooking and staying in the house. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding smells good and is very soft. Everything was incredibly clean and in good shape. You could actually feel right at home. Also the location with the proximity to the beautiful place Keitum is wonderful and invites you to many relaxing walks.

Very good accommodation for good price. The only thing you should know is that before May 1st, the entire gastronomy is closed (except Easter) and you are good at bringing meals, because the local merchant is only open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. There is everything you need in the house. The island is a dream, the tranquility indescribably beautiful!

We travel to Sylt every year but that was by far the best stay. The location is simply a dream! Upon arrival, we felt super nice and we felt right at home. The next day, we had a question that was answered immediately. Simply great! The apartment is just super nicely decorated and we lacked nothing. Thank you very much for this great stay! For a short vacation in November, Jan's apartment was a great choice. The view of the North Sea is fantastic, the beach around the corner. You can walk to the center of Westerland in a few minutes. The apartment is lovingly decorated, this is not a sterile apartment, this is a real apartment with all the little things. Jan was always easily accessible, a small problem with the key was done in 5 minutes. We enjoyed the stay very much and recommend Jan without any restrictions.

The apartment was great. Really a very great location. You are really fast at the beach and in nature. The amenities were nice and all the appliances in the apartment worked. The beach chair is nicely located and the warm evening sun shines in it, as well as in the living room.

Very central location right by the train station/ ZOB and the pedestrian zone. The property is of high quality and has a clear focus on mobile work. There are two separate offices with desks and monitors available for this. The beach promenade is within walking distance. Those who come to Westerland for work and are looking for a place to stay are in good hands at this property.

Cozy apartment with many practical accessories such as games, pens, spices and food. Very convenient!

Henner‘s private little home was a beautiful experience. Henner is utmost communicative, friendly ans helpful and his home is decorated with love and even according to the season and with a little welcome present. Typically for Sylt, the bedroom is upstairs, a little cozy nest you reach via a small staircase (not possible for handicapped). All in all 5 stars.

We were very warmly welcomed and were allowed to check in earlier. Sabine's apartment is very cozy and nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable. The beautiful garden also invites you to relax, unfortunately it was still too cold for us to sit outside. The location of the apartment is perfect, a small, well-stocked supermarket in the immediate vicinity, bus connection optimal and above all the short way to the sea. We will be happy to come back sometime.
