Two floor apartment Nieuw Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs, or if you are allergic to dogs. The main bedroom has an attic with another bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see the dogs outside, and sometimes hear them.

Gezellig souterrain in bollenstreek, prive ingang.

Midden in de bollenstreek, vlakbij het station, kun je logeren in ons gezellige souterrain met privé toegang en parkeerplaats. Je kan hier heerlijk ontspannen! Er staan drankjes in de koelkast en een flesje wijn voor je klaar. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen of te wandelen tussen de herten. De steden Haarlem(10 min), Leiden(12 min) en Amsterdam(31 min) zijn met de trein makkelijk te bereiken. Op aanvraag maak ik graag een ontbijt voor je klaar. (€30 voor 2 pers)

Een linnenkast, tafel met 2 stoelen, Nespresso koffiemachine, waterkoker, mini-koelkast en magnetron. Er is privé parkeergelegenheid op afgesloten terrein met laadmogelijkheid voor een elektrische auto. Ligging tussen de bollenvelden op 5 min fietsen van Keukenhof, historisch Dever, gezellig centrum en 20 min fietsen van het strand.

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Vanuit de woonkamer kun je genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen. In de omgeving kun je wandelingen maken langs weilanden en molens. Het heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger. A beautiful houseboat all to yourself! A beautiful location in the middle of the bulb region within cycling distance of the Keukenhof and the beach. Enjoy the freedom, the outdoors and the many birds and other nature scenes that take place around the houseboat. The houseboat was completely renovated and modernized inside and out in 2020. In 2023 the exterior will be (partly) equipped with another paint color. The ark is ready to offer guests a temporary home.

Nearest shops / supermarkets are in Nieuw Vennep (Hoogvliet or Jumbo, 5 minutes). Ideal position for cycling routes to the green hart and the coast.
