Although our small, modern and stylish sauna cabin is part of our residential property, here you will find peace, nature, privacy and beautiful scenery. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the water. What's more, the location is perfect for remote working! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Now also a PARKING SPACE in the garage under the apartment in this calm, stylish studio. You have the entire apartment at your disposal. The property is located in the new Penttilänranta area right next to the Ylisoutajan Bridge. From here, it's easy to walk to the city center or the riverfront. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can cook here. Bed width 140 cm. Parties are prohibited. As a novelty, there is parking in the garage under the house without a time limit!

Welcome to Lammenranta. We are a couple from Joensuu and we rent the downstairs of our house. The guest can access a spacious room with their own entrance. There is also a private toilet and laundry room, as well as a washer. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Cutlery and crockery. Pets are welcome, there is a 10€ fee. We do not have an electric car charging facility. The nearest fast charging point is 600 meters away.

When you want to relax in peace while looking out over the lake and get a good night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! Unfortunately, there's only room for one. The same mini-cottage also has a wood-fired sauna with washing facilities, and there is an outdoor sauna stove in a separate building. The dock and beach, with their fireplaces, are completely reserved for your private use.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
