The apartment is very comfy. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The balcony is big and you have a really nice view. We definitely enjoyed our stay here

This apartment in Koh Samui is perfect for a short stay! It's conveniently located close to the airport while still being part of a vibrant neighborhood full of amenities. Situated above a restaurant, it has its own unique charm and offers a lovely view of the jetty. I loved walking downstairs to grab fresh flowers and coffee with pastries for breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio, watching the planes arrive, was a highlight of my mornings. While it can get a bit noisy with the planes and street activity, this adds to the lively energy of the neighborhood, keeping you close to town and activities. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to enjoy Koh Samui’s vibrant atmosphere!

The bed is very comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Truly wonderful stay! The pub below is a bit loud at night, but really added to the ambiance, and is the only thing open at night in the area. Every night of the week was incredibly lively downstairs, great time. You're right in the middle of the village, best restaurants and shops all around you within 15 seconds walk!

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities you could wish for. There is even a washing machine which is not mentioned (I believe) in the Airbnb description. Superb views of the ocean and Koh Phangan. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and eateries. Watch-out: the street to the apartment is quite steep, and there is sometimes a stray dog that is quite aggressive. Better to have a rental car and / or scooter. Communication with Jordi was not great, was not super responsive unfortunately. But overall highly recommended as the apartment and pool are amazing.

Good place to stay nice and spacious

This was an absolutely fantastic place, just as described in the listing. There is a dedicated chef on site whom you can use as much as you like for a small contribution per meal — delivering the most amazing Thai dishes! The chef also keeps the house tidy and can shop for anything you need or want. The house itself is of a very high standard, with plenty of space for up to 8 people / 4 couples. It has a large living area with an open kitchen, a huge terrace, and a big pool. The view is simply breathtaking. It's easy to get a taxi — we recommend using the Grab app — and it's very affordable and convenient to explore the island. There's plenty to do, including visiting Buddha temples, jungle safaris, ziplining through the jungle, seeing elephants in the wild, and discovering beautiful waterfalls deep in the forest. Also, make sure to check out the local markets! We will definitely be coming back! :)

Idyllic beachside location and a beautifully maintained and cleaned villa

Chris's place is one of the best stays I've ever had. It’s exceptionally well designed. Chris is Swedish and Chris brought Scandinavian simplicity into his home. Adjustable lighting, thoughtfully positioned fixtures, bathroom enlightening, and easy accessibility to everything in the house have all been brilliantly considered. In Samui, you can find many lovely beachfront villas. Many homes have the sea at the front but a busy road behind them. Chris's home is uniquely positioned away from the main road, offering unmatched tranquility. The house is impeccably clean. Downstairs, there's a small kitchen. In the shaded area facing the sea, there’s a hot tub with comfortable lounging beds right next to it. You can relax in the shade and easily walk two three meters to the sea for a swim. There's also a small 15 kg dumbbell in the house, and the floor area is flat and shaded. Easy for Yoga, stretching and daily work out. Definitely will re-book again. Thank you Chris for everything.

Villa is as described in the description, the service with the golf carts also worked great, the guys are also very accommodating. If I had something to complain about, maybe the slightly unclean beach would be but that's not in the landlord's hand but for all of us! We will be happy to come back.... PS: Replacement batteries for the climate would not be bad 😜

The home is exactly as pictured and the view is almost more beautiful - it's a dream home, located in a quiet neighborhood, there are few good restaurants along the beach and road, but would recommend a scooter so you can get into where something happens. Til was great at helping with everything - she helped with our excursions and made sure we got another cabin to stay in when we had checked out and waited for transportation to the airport.. 10/10 ..

Secondly stay at Dan's villa, spacious and beautiful beachfront property. good restaurants, beach massages and 7-11 close by. I highly recommend Dan's villa!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is right on the beach – a fantastic location, especially for families with young children, as the water is very shallow and is excellent for playing. The place was clean, well appointed and overall very pleasant. A small drawback was that unfortunately you could not always swim due to low tide and tide. Also, the accommodation is a little outside, so you definitely need a car or scooter for excursions or (larger) purchases (a 7/11 is right around the corner). The Melanie was very friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to our messages – that was really great! Overall a great place to stay for those looking for peace and proximity to nature.

Lovely spacious apartment on the front left corner of the building (looking from the sea). On the 1st floor, so balcony overlooks the restaurant area nextdoor and bedroom overlooks the pool & sea. Adequately equipped kitchen with large fridge with freezer compartment. Great view of sunrise every day. Pool area very clean, comfortable sunbeds, shade area if you want it. Although there are restaurants nearby, would recommend a bike or car to explore the area further. Warunee put us in touch with a local guy called Boyd to organise our transfer from Surat Thani; he was amazing! English speaking, full of information and knowledge, very helpful and reliable.

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

The place was amazing, Arthur is a really good person, he welcomed me right at the end of the day and everything was done with joy, he took me to the room, the room itself is beautiful with good air conditioning and really good bathrooms, there is everything you need, I had the pleasure of staying there and getting to know an amazing person like Arthur, I will come again 🥳

Probably one of the best airbnb we have ever been to. For sure it has the best view: the pictures in airbnb do not reflect how beautiful the place is. We also both worked. The internet worked perfectly all the time, we made video calls all day without any issue. Also, they warned us that there might be noise from the construction sites around there. We can confirm that we didnt hear anything for the entire stay. Watcharin helped us with everything needed (bike, atm..). We stayed there a month, and we really enjoyed it. Pool is also very nice.
